The Founding Freedoms Law Center files lawsuit in Virginia challenging ballot amendment language promoting abortion

BREAKING: MORE MISLEADING BALLOT LANGUAGE: The Founding Freedoms Law Center has filed a lawsuit in a Virginia circuit court that challenges the ballot language of a proposed state constitutional amendment that enshrines a sweeping right to "reproductive freedom" and abortion throughout pregnancy. It is scheduled for a vote in November.
Under the state Constitution, all ballot language is supposed to use NEUTRAL wording. But the FFLC says this ballot language is misleading and deceptive because it does NOT inform voters of the current state laws & regulatory authority that the amendment would override.
The Center is asking a judge to declare that the ballot language as written is unconstitutional and block its enforcement. WATCH
