JUST IN: North Carolina is about to lose $50 MILLION in federal funding because a jaw-dropping 54% of CDLs were issued ILLEGALLY or to migrants who can't speak English
The state must revoke ALL illegal CDLs, or lose $50M
This is insane. Illegal drivers are everywhere.
